Adopt an Adaptive Surfer
As you know, I've been supporting adaptive surfing since 2009 when I jumped on Patrick Ivison's board. As such, I've been given the honor of becoming a team member of Team USA adaptive surfers. These pawmazing athletes have risen above their physical challenges to become the world's best adaptive surfers.
From December 12-16, the Stance ISA World Adaptive Surfing Championship will be held. This event started in 2015, and I've been involved ever since. The event gives surfers with physical challenges an opportunity to compete and display their talents in a Paralympic-style, world-class competition.
I am looking to raise $2000 to cover the travel costs for Team USA's members who aren't local to San Diego (La Jolla Shores) where the event will be held. Please help an athlete realize their dream by donating $5 (or more) by clicking the donate button above. Thanks so much for your support of adaptive surfing.
Change & save the lives of military with PTSD
Every 65 minutes a veteran with PTSD takes their life by suicide. That's 22 lives a day!
I've been committed to changing these staggering statistics for 7+ years. As you can see, I make extremely deep connections with the veterans I work with. But, it takes funds to continue my programs that help them, like my Waves of Empowerment program.
These courageous men and women serve our country, keep us safe, sacrifice family, and so much more. The least I can do is help them heal.
Please consider making a donation of $5 (or more) so I can continue my extremely important, and life changing and saving work. Just click the donate button above.
Thanks so much for caring about my FURiends, and helping them in their recovery.
