How winners are chosen
Because there are so many comments each week, we are using an electronic system to choose two random winners. First, we download all the comments from the FB and IG posts to an Excel spreadsheet for that week (or month). Comments are downloaded through https://socialfy.pw/facebook-export-comments. Each line of the Excel spreadsheet has a number next to the commenter name.
Then, we use random.org, and enter the total number of entries in the spreadsheet. Once "generate" is pressed, the website provides a random number, and that is the winner!
