TOTAL RAISED: $3670 Click here for a list of donors Thanks to my donors, and pawmazing corporate donor, Protect America Cares, we raised $3670 for New Jersey SPCA in honor of Patrick, the Miracle Dog!! Special thanks to Allison, Debi, Prayers for Patrick, The Patrick Miracle, Patrick's Pantry, and all the other Patrick supporters out there! I held a fundraiser for NJ SPCA in honor of Patrick, the Miracle dog. NJ SPCA selflessly helped Patrick, and other animals like him. My $100,000th fundraising dollar went to NJ SPCA in honor of Patrick! A dollar that personifies what Patrick's life is, what this fundraiser represented, and what my work is about... bringing people together... the circle of life! My journey has gone full circle!!! Divine intervention at it's finest! I started fundraising in October of 2009. The first dollar I raised was for quadriplegic surfer, Patrick Ivison. Since then, I've raised almost $100,000 for human/animal causes. I've raised funds & awareness for more than 150 human and animal welfare organizations, and held more than 40 fundraisers. In June of 2011, I was nominated for an American Humane Association Hero Dog Award. So was Patrick the Miracle Dog. He beat the odds. Starved to near death, put in a garbage bag & thrown down a garbage chute from the 19th floor... he was left to die. But, he had a will, and determination to live. He's now thriving & inspiring millions of people all over the world. I think he's the epitomy of a survivor and hero. So, I asked my supporters to vote for Patrick instead of me. Sadly, after the first week, Patrick was withdrawn from the contest. But they hope to honor him on the red carpet! My first $1.00 was for Patrick the boy, and my $100,000th dollar was for Patrick the dog!! Funny how life works, huh?! The circle of life!! I think there is a higher power navigating my journey! A special thanks to Debi Ferris for all her help, and for introducing mom to Allison Ognibene who helped her realize there was a correlation between the Patrick's. What a messenger Allison is!! This journey has been overwhelming to mom because there is so much incredible divine intervention... a higher power. Which is another credit to Allison for helping mom put words to something she had no words for the past 18 months of this journey. Mom and Allison were instantly connected thanks to Patrick, the Miracle dog and me. Two dogs with totally different backgrounds and stories, but who are bringing people together for a greater purpose. We love you Patrick! And a huge heartfelt thanks to Allison, Debi, Prayers for Patrick, The Patrick Miracle, NJ SPCA, and Patrick's Pantry for your help & support of this project!

Because Fido Friendly is so incredibly supportive, when they heard I had this fundraiser going for NJ SPCA in honor of Patrick, they offered to donate $10 from every magazine subscription purchased that says Surf dog Ricochet sent them.
