FURiends of FACEBOOK
Last week, my Facebook FURiend, Pet Pardons had a contest. Whatever page brought them the most "likes" would win $500. Thanks to my pawmazing fans, I sent the most likes to them, so I won. In the spirit of pawing it forward, I asked Pet Pardons to split the prize five ways, to other causes with more need. It went to five different rescue groups. That contest inspired me, so, I'm matching the offer! The page that gets the most NEW "likes" to my Surf Dog Ricochet Facebook Page by Tuesday, May 10th, 2011 will get a $500 donation to their cause from me (Puppy Prodigies). Likers must post who referred them on my wall, and likers must be new. The 2nd & 3rd place pages will also win a little something. If you'd like to help make this fundraiser even better... and help even more causes that participate, please make a donation to this 4 day fundraiser by clicking the donate button below. Raised funds will be distributed between the top referral pages. Who knows... maybe we'll raise enough money that all the participants can get a donation of some amount! It only takes a small donation to make a big difference! I love this fundraising concept because, not only does a cause get $500... but all the causes that enter will have more awareness raised for them! People will see the posts from referral pages, and learn about new pages they can like & support. It will also raise awareness of the work I do, and help me help more human and animal causes! It's a win-win-win for everyone. I'm so grateful to Pet Pardons for inspiring me!
